Spinningfield sub let
Ford Campbell, the corporate finance business, is to relocate from City Wharf to a 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft) office on the second floor at 3 Hardman Square in Spinningfields. The firm has taken the vacant space on a sub let from Halliwell’s, the law firm and will relocate before Christmas.

Revised plans expected for 54 storey tower
Albany Assets will submit revised plans for a 54 storey tower at Aytoun Street in Manchester. The scheme will include hotel, office and residential accommodation. Work could start towards end of this year, with completion in 2010.

Imminent start for Argent scheme
Carillion has been awarded the main contract for Argent Group’s Three Piccadilly Place development in Manchester. The company will soon begin construction and work should be completed during the first quarter of 2008. The building is 16,722 sq m (180,000 sq ft). GVA and Savills are the letting agents.

November start for Belvedere
Wilson Bowden will begin work on its office development at Belvedere House on Booth Street, Manchester, during November 2006. The new development called Belvedere House will be a 10,017 sq m (107,825) sq ft eight-storey building with retail on the ground floor and seven floors of offices, with 60 car parking spaces. The new development will complete during summer 2008. Dunlop Heywood Lorenz and WHR are the letting agents.

Bauhaus to complete this summer
Ask's Bauhaus office scheme (the second phase of Rossetti Place) will be completed at the end of August 2006. The letting agents are Lambert Smith Hampton and Dunlop Heywood Lorenz are the letting agents and the quoted rent is £27.50 psf.
